A pregnant woman can get all her nutrients from just drinking coconut water
It causes acidity during pregnancy
Drinking coconut water makes the baby’s head as large as the coconut! 😂
All totally false but what is fact is that it’s one of the best natural drinks you can drink to help support your health and well-being whilst your body is going through so much changes.
Drinking Coconut water is brilliant for you and baby but it isn’t a replacement for drinking water during the day. Drinking moderate amounts will help combat morning sickness, exhaustion, dehydration and help prevent vomiting, lack of fluids, constipation, infections, strengthen the immunity, improve your digestion and promotes weight loss.
