Bookings/Cancellation Policy

A consultation form is required to be completed before treatments for first time clients so please arrive early so you won’t lose treatment time.

If you are late for an appointment you may not receive your full treatment time but will be required to pay in full.

48 hour notice must be given for appointment changes or cancellations.  Less than 24 hours or no shows will be charged to the full cost of the treatment.

Deposit payments (non refundable) will be required when booking appointments (50% min).
